We provide copies of the Survey Plan, C of O application receipts, and government allocation letters. You are also welcome to conduct an independent physical inspection at any time before committing to purchase.

Yes! We have a fully structured remote purchase process for our diaspora clients. This includes virtual site inspection videos, digital document signing, and secure payment options. Your allocated plot details and documentation will be couriered to your address. Many of our clients are based in the UK, USA, Canada, and across Europe.

Upon full or installment payment (depending on plan), you will receive: a Contract of Sale, Receipt of Payment, Survey Plan with your plot number, Allocation Letter, and eventually your Certificate of Occupancy (C of O). All documents are legally enforceable.

We offer three flexible plans: Outright Payment (with 5% discount), 6-Month Installment Plan (initial deposit + 5 equal monthly payments), and 12-Month Installment Plan (initial deposit + 11 monthly payments).
